Meet the Founder

I came to hypnotherapy later in life. When I felt a fulfilling career in adult language education had run its course, I reached deep in my soul and asked my SELF what work might I be best suited for. The criteria was clear. it included being of service to people in need. Hypnotherapy came up in spades. The school I finally settled on to train at was Coastal Academy of Hypnotic Arts and Science. Following studies to attain a solid foundation, I took a course in Integrative Medical Hypnotherapy at the Roger Moore Institute of Hypnotherapy. I am certified through the International Association of Counselors and Therapists (IACT), the International Certification Board for Clinical Hypnotherapists (ICBCH), and am a member of the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA), of which the International Alliance of Professional Hypnotists is the certifying body,

I had three sessions with Peggy-Lee and it was so enlightening! She was very reassuring, calm and supportive through the entire process. She took time to understand my needs, and to ensure that I was comfortable before the session began. I was surprised at how easily I could let my guard down and fully engage in the process. Peggy-Lee created such a safe environment! In just three sessions, I have noticed a significant decrease in anxiety related to my phobia. As an added bonus, I learned what childhood experience played a role in the phobia itself.

I was widowed for the second time in November 2024 and was having difficulty sleeping and dealing with my grief. Peggy-Lee was still in training and asked if I would like to take part in her practicum. I then had 3 Hypnotherapy sessions. After each one, I was able to sleep much better, and able to deal with my grief in a better way. She made a real difference in my recovery. I even had a past life recession that turned out to be very interesting. I look forward to more Hypnotherapy with Peggy-Lee in the future.
